Please check-in at Siskiyou West Day Lodge 30-minutes prior to the ride. Rides may be slightly longer or shorter than listed. All rides are available as weather permits. On the beach ride, children must be at least eight years of age and can not be on a lead line. Enclosed shoes are required, no sandals or "flip flops", long pants are suggested. We reserve the right to use a lead line depending upon the person's ability. There is a 260 pound weight limit. Please advise us of any special needs.

Reservation Policies ~ All rides must make a reservation. Walk ins will be worked into rides on availability and not guaranteed same day availability. Reservations must be secured with a Visa or MasterCard. Once a reservation has been made when it is less than 48 hours away from the ride time, there is no canceling. You have committed yourself to the ride. A 50% deposit will be required on reservations made two-weeks out or more and also for groups over four people. Reservations will be held accountable for the number of people space is reserved for. For example, a reservation is made for ten people and only eight shows up for the ride then the group is still liable for the other two people. Refund Policy ~ Your deposit or security hold is refundable in full with a 48-hour notice of cancellation. If less than 48-hours notice of cancellation is given, any deposit will be forfeited and you will be held liable for the full amount of the ride through your security hold. If the guide, due to weather, calls a cancellation a full-refund, gift certificate or reschedule will be offered. The guide will reroute beach rides to the ranch if there are high winds and this does not constitute a cancellation. Once you checked in for the ride, there is no refund.
